Source: brightdata.com/pricing. Prices are US list prices in USD, read from each vendor pricing page on the date above. Vendors localise pricing by country — we saw GetResponse quote in Vietnamese dong from a Vietnamese connection — so what you see may differ. Always confirm on the vendor page before buying.

Reasons to consider it

  • You need serious scraping infrastructure — price data, SERP monitoring, AI training data — at pay-as-you-go rates
  • Compliance-first vendor: KYC is annoying but it is also why big companies use them
  • Both review samples are solid: 4.3 on Trustpilot (1,021) and 4.7 on G2 (343)

Reasons to look elsewhere

  • KYC review can be slow, and reviewers complain about the AI bot gatekeeping support
  • Costs climb quickly at volume — model your per-unit economics first
  • Overkill if you just need a handful of proxies for light use

What the review scores say

Bright Data holds 4.7 out of 5 on G2 from 343 reviews, and 4.3 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 1,021 reviews. The samples broadly agree, which is the more reassuring pattern — verified-buyer sites and open review sites landing in the same place means less hidden friction to discover.

What we cannot tell you

How Bright Data feels after a month of real use. Whether support actually answers when something breaks. Whether the workflow fits your specific case. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.

We have not compared this against rivals yet

Bright Data is the first product we have documented in web data & proxies. A single product is not a comparison, so there is no category page for it yet — we will build one once we have read the pricing pages of its main competitors and can put them side by side on the same facts.
