Reasons to consider it
- Official WhatsApp Business automation with Meta Pixel conversion tracking — the point is proving which chat became a sale
- The trial needs no card, and you can cancel a paid plan from billing settings at any time
- Unlimited contact storage rather than a metered contact list
Reasons to look elsewhere
- Both review samples are small, and the Trustpilot one is rough: outage, billing-access and support complaints
- Conversation limits live on a separate limits page, not the pricing page — read it before committing
- The printed prices carried a time-limited promotion banner when we checked, so the post-promo price may differ

Chatfuel holds 4.4 out of 5 on G2 from 45 reviews, and 3.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 14 reviews.
Chatfuel’s review samples are both small: 4.4 on G2 from 45 reviews and 3.2 on Trustpilot from 14. Neither is big enough to lean on hard — treat the scores as a sketch and use the card-free trial as the real test.
What we cannot tell you
Whether Chatfuel's automations hold up under real message volume. Whether the builder makes sense after a week. How long support takes to reply, which is the complaint that keeps coming up. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.
