Source: monday.com/pricing. Prices are US list prices in USD, read from each vendor pricing page on the date above. Vendors localise pricing by country — we saw GetResponse quote in Vietnamese dong from a Vietnamese connection — so what you see may differ. Always confirm on the vendor page before buying.

Reasons to consider it

  • You want flexible boards, dashboards and no-code automations the whole team will actually use
  • The free plan and 14-day Pro trial mean you can evaluate without paying
  • Huge template and integration ecosystem

Reasons to look elsewhere

  • Seat-based pricing adds up quickly as the team grows
  • Trustpilot complaints concentrate on renewals, billing and support responsiveness
  • Many advanced features sit in Pro and above

What the review scores say

monday.com holds 4.7 out of 5 on G2 from 17,212 reviews, and 2.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 3,431 reviews.

The most extreme split we track: 4.7 on G2 from 17,212 reviews against 2.2 on Trustpilot from 3,431. The software itself scores very high; the billing and support experience is what drags Trustpilot down.

What we cannot tell you

How monday.com feels after a month of real use. Whether support actually answers when something breaks. Whether the workflow fits your specific case. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.

We have not compared this against rivals yet

monday.com is the first product we have documented in work management. A single product is not a comparison, so there is no category page for it yet — we will build one once we have read the pricing pages of its main competitors and can put them side by side on the same facts.
