We have not used Streak. There is no verdict on this page, no score, and no opinion about how it feels to work in — because we would be making that up. What we do instead.

Vendors localise pricing by country — we saw GetResponse quote in Vietnamese dong from a Vietnamese connection — so what you see may differ. Always confirm on the vendor page before buying.
Reasons to consider it
- Your team lives in Gmail and will not adopt a separate CRM tab
- Pipelines, tasks and deal tracking sit directly inside the inbox, with unlimited contacts on paid plans
- The free tier is genuinely useful for solo email tracking and mail merge
Reasons to look elsewhere
- Costs more per seat than many standalone CRMs once you need Pro+
- Long-time users complain that email-open tracking behaviour changed over the years
- Gmail-only by design — if the team is on Outlook, this is a non-starter
What the review scores say
Streak holds 4.5 out of 5 on G2 from 269 reviews, and 2.5 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 13 reviews.
Streak has just 13 Trustpilot reviews and none in the last 12 months, so we lean on G2: 4.5 from 269 reviews.
What we cannot tell you
How Streak feels after a month of real use. Whether support actually answers when something breaks. Whether the workflow fits your specific case. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.
We have not compared this against rivals yet
Streak is the first product we have documented in CRM software. A single product is not a comparison, so there is no category page for it yet — we will build one once we have read the pricing pages of its main competitors and can put them side by side on the same facts.
