Source: www.tickettailor.com/pricing/. Prices are US list prices in USD, read from each vendor pricing page on the date above. Vendors localise pricing by country — we saw GetResponse quote in Vietnamese dong from a Vietnamese connection — so what you see may differ. Always confirm on the vendor page before buying.
Reasons to consider it
- You sell event tickets and want a flat per-ticket fee instead of a percentage of the ticket price
- Payouts go directly to your own Stripe or PayPal — the platform never holds your money
- Seating charts, box office and a check-in app are included, with no contract
Reasons to look elsewhere
- Fees are set in GBP, so non-UK organisers deal with currency conversion
- Reviewers report occasional crashes and timeouts during very high-demand on-sales
- Refunds are the organiser responsibility, which confuses some ticket buyers
What the review score says
Ticket Tailor holds 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 815 reviews.
The meaningful public score here is Trustpilot: 4.6 from 815 reviews, 84% five-star. We found no comparably sized G2 sample, so we show only one score.
What we cannot tell you
How Ticket Tailor feels after a month of real use. Whether support actually answers when something breaks. Whether the workflow fits your specific case. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.
We have not compared this against rivals yet
Ticket Tailor is the first product we have documented in event ticketing. A single product is not a comparison, so there is no category page for it yet — we will build one once we have read the pricing pages of its main competitors and can put them side by side on the same facts.
