- Free plan caps you at 300 emails a day, which rules out a single large send
- Per-email billing works against you if you email a small list often
- Their affiliate programme requires a website with existing traffic and a domain email address
What the review scores say
Brevo holds 4.5 out of 5 on G2 from 2,562 reviews, and 4 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 7,212 reviews. The samples broadly agree, which is the more reassuring pattern — verified-buyer sites and open review sites landing in the same place means less hidden friction to discover.
What we cannot tell you
Whether emails from Brevo reach the inbox reliably. Whether the interface makes sense after a week. How long support takes to reply. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.
