GetResponse holds 4.3 out of 5 on G2 from 1,141 reviews, and 4.3 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 1,033 reviews. The samples broadly agree, which is the more reassuring pattern — verified-buyer sites and open review sites landing in the same place means less hidden friction to discover.
What we cannot tell you
Whether emails from GetResponse reach the inbox reliably. Whether the interface makes sense after a week. How long support takes to reply. Those need an account and real use, and we have not done that. Anyone publishing those answers without doing the work is guessing, and you deserve to know which is which.
